Will my cupcakes fit nicely into your boxes and dividers?

What can I use your cupcake boxes for?

We advise that the best use for these cupcake boxes is to store, display or carry your cupcakes, although we sometimes use them to store things like; paper, electrical wire, bottle tops and some of our old toys.

What are your cupcake boxes made of?

All our cupcake boxes are made from cardboard, ultimately sourced from trees, but we're sure that there's some recycling going on, we like trees and recycle wherever we can . . honest!

What if I don't have a Paypal account?

No need to worry, you don't need a Paypal account to send your payment, just select the option on the left of the paypal payment screen, fill in your details and you're there.

How long does my cupcake order take to reach me?

Next day delivery on all orders over 1KG placed before 11am. Orders after 11am will be processed the following business day and be delivered the  business day after that.

Our standard delivery takes 3-5 days excluding Sundays.

Can I get a refund?

If there's something wrong with the cupcake box, like there's a small extraterrestrial being in there, or we've sent you the wrong boxes then, yes, of course. If however, there's nothing wrong with them, and you've ballsed the order up then generally, NO (but we are open to bribes)

I wasn't in when the order arrived

It is YOUR responsibility to be in when your order is due for delivery. City Link attempt delivery to your shipping address twice and then it gets sent back to the nearest depot where you will have to pick it up from. Whilst we can arrange for re-delivery this can then cost up to £20.10 (plus V.A.T) depending on the City link depot, you are responsible to pay this charge. Please get your order shipped to an address where someone will be there to receive them such as your work address if you can if you a re in doubt that you can be in.
