Whilst we strive to get all orders packed and delivered as quickly as possible, some times it may take longer than quoted, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to be in when your order is due for delivery. DPD will attempt delivery to your address twice and then it gets sent back to the nearest depot where you will have to pick it up from. Whilst we can arrange for re-delivery, we will pass this cost onto you. It is strongly recommended to arrange to have your order delivered to an address where someone will be there to receive it, such as your work address. Whilst delivery drivers will respond to the customer note (if you've added one) they will act with responsibility towards your package. An example would be 'leave in garden if out' - if the delivery driver felt your package might get stolen because it's on public display he won't leave it. Please also bear in mind to keep customer notes to under 25 characters. ReturnsIn the hugely unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, just make sure you do it within 14 days or we get really anxious, "why did it take so long" we think. It'd be really great if you can parcel them up good too, that way we can introduce them to new owners. We advise getting proof of postage then no one needs to fall out, do they. In the unlikely event your little cupcake box parcel becomes confused and then lost, give it seven days to recompose itself, if he's still not turned up by then, its time to start panicking. where is it? where did it go? Are just two of the questions you will ask yourself, don't worry we all do. the questions you should be asking are: Is it next door? and Didn't I see a delivery card from DPD somewhere? If this still doesn't turn up any luck then contact us here by air, land or sea on and we'll mobilize our lost cupcake box team.
